The Piggott High School Class of 1970 wishes to thank the people of Piggott for their support at our yard sales. In doing so you have helped us help others with 11 scholarships in the last 3 years. We are proud to be able to present $300 scholarships to 5 seniors this year. Or 35 year reunion in 2005 was the beginning of our scholarship drive and we hope to continue to give scholarships annually.
The Piggott Class of 1970 wishes to thank the members of the classes of '53,'58,'63,'78 and '88 for allowing us to be at your reunions to sell our commenorative mugs of the Old Piggott High School. The profit from the sales will help fund our annual scholarships. We will also be participating in the Community Center inside yard sale on August 16 and the mugs will be available there as well.
I am trying to locate a classmate from the 1950's. She would have graduated I believe in 1955. We were good friends in Elementary School at Pollard, but I moved away, and we lost contact. Her name was Josephine Henderson, and she married Gerald Oxley. They were in the Military, and we lost contact. I would appreciate any information.
